Helping people make confident real estate decisions is more than my profession—it’s a natural extension of who I am.

With over four decades of experience as a Business and Intellectual Property attorney, I bring a steady presence and a deep understanding of contracts, negotiation, and strategy to every real estate transaction. A graduate of Tulane University and Syracuse University College of Law, I built a distinguished legal career advising clients across diverse industries. As a federally trained mediator, I learned how to navigate complex discussions with clarity, patience, and creative problem-solving—skills that now serve my real estate clients every day.

Today, as a licensed Realtor® with Weichert Realtors Hallmark Properties and a proud holder of the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation, I help buyers and sellers throughout the Sarasota–Bradenton market make informed, confident decisions. Having relocated to Florida six years ago from upstate New York, I personally understand the emotions and logistics involved in major life transitions.

One of the greatest advantages I offer my clients is a thorough understanding of contracts. Real estate agreements have significant legal and financial implications, and I ensure my clients fully understand every provision, deadline, and contingency. My role is to protect your interests, anticipate potential issues, and make sure nothing is overlooked.

But my guidance goes well beyond contracts.

I provide detailed insight into the demographics and character of each neighborhood—helping you understand not just the home, but the community you’re choosing. As the son of a building contractor, I grew up learning the structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems that define a home’s true quality. 

I walk my clients through every aspect of the purchasing process, including financing options, insurance considerations, title review, and the inspection process. Buying or selling a home involves many moving parts, and I take pride in making the process organized, transparent, and manageable from start to finish.

Leadership and service are central to my life. I have served for the past three years as Chair of my Community Development District (CDD), overseeing responsible planning and fiscal stewardship of public property.  I’m also active in local and national nonprofit organizations. Outside of work, you’ll likely find me on the pickleball courts, at the gym, or in the kitchen pursuing my interests as a pastry chef.
